During the painting process, the artist will send you real photos and production videos of your artwork. You may put forward any revision requests, such as adjustments to colors, light and shadow tones, and the artist will make all required modifications. We will only arrange shipment once you are fully satisfied with your painting.

Unframed rolled oil paintings are securely packed inside rigid paper tubes; framed oil paintings are reinforced and packed in premium wooden crates.

We ship via FedEx or DHL based on the destination country and the size of your artwork.

We deliver strictly to the address provided on your order. The courier will usually confirm the delivery window with the recipient name you left on the order. If the artwork is a surprise gift for someone else, kindly inform us in advance and we will make corresponding arrangements.

Please note that once your package arrives at the destination country, local customs regulations apply, and import duties and taxes may be charged. These fees are not included in the product price and shall be borne by the buyer. We will assist in providing relevant documentation to customs for clearance support if needed.
